  • Parent Company: We share information with our parent company, e Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd., as part of our franchise agreement. Customer specific registration data is not shared with e Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd.
  • Public Health and other Federal, Provincial or Municipal agencies: We share information as part of legislative requirements, contact tracing and public health concerns.
  • Third Parties: We do not share customer-specific data with third-party organizations. We do share aggregate data such as but not limited to number of registrants per program, time of registration and advertising channel for the purpose of online and offline marketing.
    • We use google analytics to track web traffic.

All staff, volunteers and partners are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
